A deposit of 50% of the total price is payable on confirmation of booking. This is refundable (less an administration charge of 20 euro) upon cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation 4 weeks or less prior to arrival will lead to loss of deposit. You are advised to take out insurance to cover the risk of cancellation. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. You will not receive a second invoice.

Permits for the Moy Fishery, State Licence fees and certain other permits must be paid in full on booking and are not refundable under any circumstances. These are the conditions under which I make these bookings.

Fishing is always at the mercy of the weather, especially on the loughs. If weather conditions make the planned fishing impossible, we will endeavour as far as possible to provide alternatives. If no fishing is possible, or clients do not wish to accept the alternatives offered, no refunds will be made under any circumstances. The value of any fishing time lost may be carried forward, however, and set against a future booking within one calendar year.
